• We do not charge or receive upfront fees for mortgage assistance relief services before a written agreement between you and your lender or servicer has been executed.
• We do not represent that we are affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the U.S. government, any government agency, any government housing program, or your lender or servicer.
• We will not obstruct or discourage you from contacting your lender or servicer directly. You have the right to contact your lender at any time.
• Any waiver of rights provided under 12 CFR Part 1015 is void and unenforceable. Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be construed as a waiver of any consumer protection right under applicable federal or state law.
• Nothing in these Terms of Service shall be construed as preventing you from seeking assistance from a HUD-approved housing counselor or a licensed attorney.
